Overview
The Riley Reid Insomnia is one of the more aggressive textures in the Fleshlight Girls lineup. The entrance is noticeably snug, and the canal opens into a series of offset chambers and angled ribs that create a pulsing, uneven grip as you move through it. Itโs designed for users who want stimulation that builds fast rather than a slow, realistic ramp-up.
The outer case has the standard Fleshlight pear shape with a matte finish that stays grippy even with lube on your hands. The orifice molding is detailed and well-defined, and the Insomnia sleeve ships in the usual discreet cardboard packaging with a molded plastic cradle that keeps the material from deforming in transit.
Insertion Feel & Internal Sensation
The teeth are visible but never felt no scraping or poking, just soft material where they'd be. The lips are the real standout: soft, stretchy, and they glide along the shaft in a way that frames each stroke. Pinching them gently around the base with your fingers noticeably ups the realism.
The tongue does most of the work up front. Arched upward in the middle of the canal, you have to press it down to get past it, which mimics the motion of a tongue during oral more convincingly than we expected. Combined with light contact from the uvula further back, the first inch or two feels distinctly different from anything in Fleshlight's usual mold lineup.
Past that entrance, the sleeve runs through five and a half distinct texture chambers. The first is a woven, braid-like ring of raised TPE that eases you in but doesn't stand out much on its own. The second is where it gets serious: layered claw-like ridges converge into a star-shaped constriction, mirrored on both sides of the pinch point, creating a tight, deep-throat-style barrier that's genuinely the highlight of the sleeve. Chambers three through five settle into a longitudinal rib-and-crossbar structure, less about distinct texture and more about a steady, evenly distributed squeeze. It closes with a repeat of that star-shaped constriction, for one final tight pinch right at the very end a section most people won't reach without significant length.
Overall intensity sits in the middle rather than at the extreme end. The most pronounced sensation is concentrated up front across the mouth and Chamber 2, which makes this a strong option for drawn-out sessions and edging rather than a quick, overwhelming finish.Design & Craftsmanship
The sculpting on the mouth itself is the standout feature here parted lips, fine folds, individually defined teeth, and a tongue shaped with real anatomical care. It's some of the most detailed molding we've seen on a Fleshlight sleeve, mouth or otherwise. The case follows Fleshlight's standard pearl-white design with a suction cap and Riley's signature on the side, and it closes with a satisfying, gap-free snap. Suction builds up decently with the cap tightened, adding a touch of extra grip and resistance without ever feeling extreme.
Cleaning takes a bit more attention than a typical sleeve Chamber 2's shape tends to hold onto lube and fluid, so a thorough rinse (including from the back if needed) is worth the extra minute. The SuperSkin material dries fully within about an hour and has held up without warping, denting, or fading after repeated use.
Verdict
Insomnia isn't chasing raw intensity, and that's the point. It's built to feel like oral, and it pulls that off better than anything else in the mouth-sleeve category we've tried. The detail up front, the tongue mechanics, and that Chamber 2 constriction all add up to something that rewards slow, drawn-out sessions more than quick, aggressive ones.
Best for anyone who wants a realistic, oral-focused experience and doesn't mind a little extra cleanup for it.
